Provides the tools required to understand a key concept in chemistry - periodicity of element properties. Reference database of up to 18 properties of 103 elements can be accessed for comparison and research purposes. A search and sort option finds all elements whose properties meet up to three criteria and displays them on a Periodic Table. The graph option allows students to explore period and group trends by plotting a selected property against atomic number. Two graphs can be displayed at the same time for direct comparison of the periodic behavior of different properties. Print option for partial or complete Periodic Tables and graph sets.
